Asynchronous Virtual Courses 

The Building Powerful Connections® Virtual Institute develops customized, self-directed, asynchronous virtual learning courses for your managers, supervisors and employees. Like our Keynotes/Virtual Workshops, these virtual courses are primarily focused around unconscious bias, multicultural communication and the development of elite-level presentation skills.

The development of your asynchronous, interactive virtual learning experience will involve the following steps:

1. The consultant will meet with you to discuss your goals and desired session content.
2. Based on that conversation, the consultant will create the first draft of the outline for your virtual learning course.
3. The consultant will then meet with your key staff to review the outline and make modifications as needed.
4. Once the course outline is finalized, the consultant will create the virtual learning course using a variety of content such as talking head video, screen share video, animation, digital handouts and other resources.
5. The consultant will create the virtual learning content in a chapter/module-based format with each chapter having specific objectives and lasting anywhere from 3 to 8-minutes. As each chapter is completed, the consultant will share it with your organization to make sure we are “on the same page” moving through this process.
