The Empowering Diversity Audit

The Empowering Diversity Audit is a paper and pencil benchmarking instrument that evaluates the current level of organizational functioning in 10 key areas relative to diversity empowerment. The key areas include mission/philosophy, organizational leadership, policies and procedures, climate and environment, staffing and retention, coaching and mentoring, human resource development, performance management, compensation and benefits, and program evaluation.

Developing the Diversity Plan

This 8-hour session helps you implement a diversity planning process that will facilitate the identification of SMART goals, the development of activities and interventions, and the implementation of a comprehensive evaluation process. As a result of this session, you will have a specific plan for empowering diversity within your organization in a way that generates measurable improvements in individual and organizational performance.

The Strategic Staffing Audit

The Strategic Staffing Audit identifies and evaluates the current level of functioning of 5 key activities within an organization that should be included in any effective staffing system. These activities include human resource analysis, human resource forecasting, strategic recruitment and selection, employee retention and staffing system evaluation. The Audit is systematically administered through paper and pencil instruments with key personnel. The Audit serves as a benchmarking guide as to where and how your organization can best focus staffing improvement efforts.

Recruiting and Retaining a High Quality, Culturally Diverse Workforce

This 8-hour program will help you identify, recruit and retain a high performance workforce that consists of individuals with a diverse array of backgrounds and capabilities.
